Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To qualify for returns or exchanges, the following conditions must be met:

  1. Original Packaging: All items must be in their original packaging with product tags intact.
  2. Condition: Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  3. Proof of Purchase: Original receipts must be included.
  4. Purchase Source: Items must have been originally purchased from Palmo Charm.

If these conditions are not met, we regret that we cannot process any claims for exchanges, even if the items have been returned to us.

Validity Period

  • All exchange requests must be raised within 14 days and should be made strictly online at Palmo Charm.

Shipping Costs

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • If an item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Returns and Exchanges Process

  1. Contact Us: Notify us within 7 days of delivery if you wish to return or exchange an item.
  2. Shipping Back: Ship the items back within 14 days of delivery.
  3. Traceable Shipping: Use a traceable mode of postage with a track number.

  • All returned and exchanged items can only be processed once.
  • Our policy does not cover damage resulting from unique, accidental, or random incidents related to product use or wear and tear.
